After having learned all
technical approaches in
the art of stained glass,
Lucie Poirier et Jean-Michel Lopez
worked in different studios
for five years.
In 1982,they travelled
to France and founded
''Le Château de Verre''studio
and for two years participated
in different exhibits
throughout France.
They pursued their artistic
pace by returning to Quebec
in 1984 and setting up their
permanent studio.
For the past 25 years,
we have never stopped
developing new products.
Today,
fusion and kiln forming
(warm glass technique )
are the integral part of
processes used by the
'' Château de Verre''
where many exemples
are shown on this web site.
Chosing to work with the most
beautiful glass in the world
and giving great attention to
detail are surely these artists'
best charactistics.
